On February 06, 2013 (78 FR 8431), the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Administration (PHMSA) published a correction to the January 07, 2013 (78 FR 988) Hazardous Materials: Harmonization with International Standards (RRR) final rule.
Corrections were made to several entries in the Hazardous Material Table (HMT) in 49 CFR 172.101conerning: Chlorosilanes, toxic, corrosive, flammable, n.o.s.; Chlorosilanes, toxic, corrosive, n.o.s; Components, explosive train, n.o.s; Contrivances, water-activated, with burster, expelling charge or propelling charge; and Copra.
